I'm Dwayne

I'm the CEO of Dwayne Roberts & Associates LLC, and Founder of Men of Vision Colorado.

I know what it feels like to be a man of faith wrestling with clarity, confidence, and direction. Over the years, I discovered that the gap wasn’t just in skills — it was in leadership rooted in purpose.

That’s why today I speak, train, and coach to empower Christian men, ministry leaders, and faith-driven professionals to gain clarity in their calling and confidence in their leadership — so they can thrive at home, at work, and in ministry.

Drawing from 15+ years of military service, leadership training, education, evidence-based research, and personal experience, I’ve developed keynotes, consulting programs, and coaching frameworks that equip men of faith to overcome leadership challenges and step into their God-given purpose.

At the end of the day, my mission is simple: to empower 1 Million men to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose — and create a lasting impact in their families, organizations, and communities.

Why I Do It 

Today men are not serving in the capacity of their greatness, and lack or have lost sense of their identity, and are facing crisis because they lack purpose. So, why is that? 

Many Christian men love God, but they are:

• Spiritually informed yet personally undisciplined

• Responsible on paper but disconnected at home

• Busy serving others while losing clarity about themselves

• Faithful in belief but inconsistent in practice

They feel stuck, tired, and quietly frustrated.

Not because they lack faith—but because they lack a clear, integrated path for becoming whole men.

Why This Matters

When men remain misaligned:

• Marriages suffer

• Children lack present fathers

• Churches carry passive men

• Leaders burn out quietly

MOV solves the problem of misalignment— when a man’s faith, habits, relationships, and leadership are not working together.

Men of Vision helps Christian men close the gap between what they believe and how they actually live—so they can lead with clarity, discipline, faith, and integrity at home, work, and in their calling.

Dwayne's mission is to help 1 Million Men develop and identify their God given purpose becoming their personal best. 

My Story

After serving 60 day in county jail and facing a 3 year felony conviction, I found myself trying to figure life out. I felt like a failure and as if I let everyone down. Truth is I wanted to make my next move in life my best. But, I did not know what to do, how to do it, or where to start. I felt stuck, lacked direction, I was hurting, embarrassed, shamed, lacked confidence, and baffled about my life's outcome. Broken and ready to give up and walk away from everything I cared for and loved.  I can hear the tones of Otis Redding beating in the background... “sitting on the dock of the bay, watching the tides roll away, sitting the dock of the bay wasting time. It was in that moment that my life had a deeper meaning and purpose and it was my duty to figure it out, Not Quit! I knew my family needs me to be the True Authentic Man simply the best I can be and stop playing small and living in the role of what I thought a man was.  

I jumped up, ran into the house and wrote 3 words down Vision, Plan, & Execute!
